Technical Trainer

We are hiring for a Devise technical Trainer. You are responsible for organising, planning, and executing training according to the organizational requirements.

Qualification: Bachelor - Electronics & Communication Engineering (Required) Master - Electronics Engineering (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange and conduct on-site training when needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Key Skills:

• Technical trainers design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical training programs.
• They prepare lesson plans, course outlines, schedules, and assignments.
• They identify the main objectives and skills or concepts that participants need to learn.
• They explain key concepts and principles, and create assignments or hands-on activities to allow students to develop practical skills.
• Trainers also work in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders to develop course content and goals.
• They establish metrics for determining course outcomes and participant performance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as technical trainer
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field with Teaching experience Min 8+yrs
